Table Service – Top Tips on Communicating with Guests With help from our friends at Hop Training, this course aims to improve communication both with colleagues and guests. In this engaging video led course, we take learners through some tips and ideas to take your table service offering to the next level.
Creating Selling Opportunities Delivering table service provides several opportunities to upsell to your guests and create additional sales. This course will help your team members identify these opportunities whilst also delivering service and hospitality. Done correctly, upselling doesn’t need to hinder your guest’s experience and can actually enhance it by identifying their needs. With restrictions to service hours and possibly the number of guests you can serve, every sales opportunity matters, and this course will help your teams go about it in the best way.

Assessment: At the end of the activity there will be a short quiz consisting of 5 questions. The user must answer 80% of these questions correctly to pass and receive their completion certificate.

E-Learning Format
This eLearning is accessed through a dedicated learner portal. Your course material is presented in an interactive and easy to follow presentation enabling you to study at your own pace.
The course is divided into simple sections with a short quiz at the end of each to test your knowledge. Once you have progressed through each of the course sections you can complete an end of course quiz which consists of multiple-choice questions based on the material that you have studied.
Once you have passed the course you can download your fully accredited CPD certificate (PDF format) directly from your learning account.
Test Retakes
If you don't pass the first time, don't worry, you can resist the test as many times as required - until you pass.
