This Gin and The Perfect Pairing course aims to explore several key areas of knowledge that will assist you in selling the product gin, on your premises. The course includes a short overview of the history of gin to the present day to gather an understanding as to why popularity has increased. This is followed by a basic demonstration of popular gin, fruit, and tonic pairings. The course concludes by taking a look at the different types of gin glassware.
Video demonstrations of how to prepare several fruit and tonic pairings provide useful viewing that can be watched a number of times, which will assist you to improve your mixology skills.
The Gin and The Perfect Pairing course provides a summary of the key knowledge needed to create the basic gin pairings and therefore increase guest satisfaction. This course is suitable for all levels. It would benefit team members who are front of house or behind the bar.

The course is divided into simple sections with a short quiz at the end of each to test your knowledge. Once you have progressed through each of the course sections you can complete an end of course quiz which consists of multiple-choice questions based on the material that you have studied.
Once you have passed the course you can download your fully accredited CPD certificate (PDF format) directly from your learning account.
