After a good few weeks search for a proper Project Management Training organisation, I stumbled on My Training Academy on Reed and I would say I was very lucky to have found them, as my experience with them was absolutely fantastic through to my exam. As part of my business offer, I decided to upgrade my project management qualifications to boost my professional CV. Much of my work is focussed on business development and project creation. I already had my Prince 2 Foundation and wanted to be able to deliver training on project management techniques.

I have previously undertaken studies online with several other course providers, but MTA, with the easy to use interface and the brilliant instructors, I can honestly say that MTA are by far superior to any previous course providers I have used.
I have always been of the opinion that it is a true skill to be able to convey information and teach in a way by which is easy to understand and retain.....and that is what I have noticed from the video content from MTA. The quality of the instructors is beyond impressive.

Assessment:
Upon completion of each course, learners will complete an end of learning assessment consisting of 20 questions. 70% of the questions will need to be answered correctly in order to pass and receive a certificate.

What is the structure of the course?
The course is broken down into bite-sized modules. You're free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each section, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
Where / when can I study the course?
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web-based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers and most tablet devices etc. so you can even study while on the move! As long as you have access to the internet, you should be able to study anywhere that's convenient.
Is there a test at the end of the course?
Once you have completed all the modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken at a time and location of your choosing.
What if I don't pass the test?
If you don’t pass the test first time then you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
When will I receive my certificate?
Once you have completed your test you can log in to your account and download/print your certificate any time you need it.
How long does it take to complete the course?
We estimate that the entire program is likely to take around 2-4 hours to work through initially, but you may want to allow more time to repeat some areas. You should allow an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.

E-Learning Format
This eLearning is accessed through a dedicated learner portal. Your course material is presented in an interactive and easy to follow presentation enabling you to study at your own pace.
The course is divided into simple sections with a short quiz at the end of each to test your knowledge. Once you have progressed through each of the course sections you can complete an end of course quiz which consists of multiple-choice questions based on the material that you have studied.
Once you have passed the course you can download your fully accredited CPD certificate (PDF format) directly from your learning account.
Test Retakes
If you don't pass the first time, don't worry, you can resist the test as many times as required - until you pass.

Who is Klarna?
Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna works with more than 100,000 online stores. Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by My Training Academy. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. It is important to update your billing address in the checkout if it is different from your delivery address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.

I tried to pay using Klarna but received an ‘unavailable payment method’ message. What went wrong?
Make sure you are using your home address or whichever address is attached to your personal credit file as your billing address. We need to perform a credit check for instalment plans but we cannot perform a credit check on a business address, so in these cases the application will be rejected automatically. Please use your personal address and try again. If the problem persists, it’s possible there is an issue with your credit rating. If you are still having issues and believe your credit application should be successful, please visit Klarna Customer Service for a full list of FAQ's, live chat and telephone options.

How does Pay in 30 days work?
Once your order's confirmed, you'll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You'll then have 30 days to try your order and only pay when you're happy. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card at www.klarna.com/uk.
Am I eligible for Pay in 30 days?
To use Pay in 30 days you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay in 30 days is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay in 30 days, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
Will a credit search take place against me?
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor My Training Academy run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as My Training Academy have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment.
I've received a statement, but I've not yet received my goods.
In the event that your goods have not been received please call Samsung to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna's Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment.
What happens if I don't pay for my order?
Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due — you'll receive email reminders to pay — and, if very late, we'll also send you a text or letter, too. If you fail to pay Klarna for your order, your credit score will be affected.
Can I pay before the due date?
You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email to pay for your order.
3 easy payments
How does 3 easy payments work?
3 easy payments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Samsung and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
Am I eligible for 3 easy payments?
To use 3 easy payments you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, 3 easy payments is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing 3 easy payments, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your 3 easy payments purchase at Samsung from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment.
Can I pay before the due date?
No, this is not currently possible for 3 easy payments purchases.
Have you received my payment?
Klarna will notify you via email and push notification when a payment is due and when this has successfully be collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com/uk.
What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?
Once Samsung has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments.
Spread the cost
How does Spread the cost work?
Spread the cost of your purchase into equal monthly payments with 0% interest for 6-24 months and 9.9% for 30, 36, 48 months. Spread the cost is a promotional plan on the Klarna Account.
How do I use Spread the cost?
When you shop online, Klarna's system reviews each order to determine which payments options are available to you. If Spread the cost is offered, simply select this option. The first time you shop with Spread the cost you will be asked in to apply for a Klarna Account. If you're approved Klarna will create an account for you and your order will be placed. Every time you shop with Spread the cost after that, you only need to agree to the purchase and won't need to sign up again. The order amount will be added to your Klarna Account as additional promotional plans.
Can I pay less than the amount owed each month?
You can at any time choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment. Your monthly minimum payment is the amount to be paid to avoid incurring late fees on your Klarna Account. Should you choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment this will mean you will lose your promotional plan offer and the remaining balance will start to incur interest at 18.9% APR (variable). It's up to you.
Do I need to be 18?
Spread the cost is only available to people aged 18 or over and is an online exclusive payment method.
How do I manage my Klarna Account?
Log in to the customer portal at Klarna.com at any time day or night, to review your purchases and settle your monthly statement. If you need further assistance, you can contact Klarna's Customer Service team.
How is my statement sent?
If you chose to use Spread the cost, we will send your monthly statement notification via email with instructions on how to make a payment and an overview of your Klarna Account. Once you have been landed on your Klarna Account overview page, simply select 'Make a payment' and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance.
How do I make a payment?
First, log in at www.klarna.com/uk and visit your Klarna Account overview page. Then, simply select 'Make a payment' and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance. Should you have any questions or concerns when making a payment you can contact Klarna's Customer Service here.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to your Klarna Account balance. If the Account ends up in a credit balance, this can be used towards future purchases or you can request it to be paid back by contacting our Customer Service.
I've received my monthly statement and a payment is due, but I've not yet received my goods.
You should of course not pay your statement until you've received your goods. In this case, we would ask that you contact the store and get an update on your order. You should also contact our Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment.
